Payment via credit card will show payment to "Ticktwister Mind-Site" on customer credit card statements.
You can shop at TickTwister.com with confidence. We have partnered with Stripe to accept credit card payments safely and securely from our customers. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
PayPal payments will be to sales at ticktwister.com.
To place an order to be paid by check or money order (USA orders only), please use our website and then select "View Offline Payment Form" on our payment page. The form should be submitted to us by clicking "Email the Form" and then printed out and sent with your check/money order made payable to: Mind-Site Inc. Please send your mail order to PO Box 88, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
Shipping Policy
We sell and ship to the United States and Canada. We offer various shipping options which you can choose from during checkout, including US Postal Service, UPS and Fedex. International customers are responsible for any Import Duty/VAT that may be due on delivery. Most orders are processed by the next day (except orders placed on Saturday and orders to be shipped via UPS or Fedex placed on Friday). You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If we cannot fulfill an order for any reason, we will notify you by email with an expected fulfillment date, and you will have the option of cancelling your order if necessary.
